McDowell/Mt Mitchell/Buncombe/Madison will hold its Business Meeting on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. District Officers and State Convention Delegates will be elected. Guest speakers to be in attendance include NCRLCA President Audrey Solomon and Assistant District Representative Eddie Moss.
