The Federal Benefits Open Season (for the 2022 Plan Year) runs from Monday, November 8, 2021 to Monday, December 13, 2021. During this period, federal workers, retirees, annuitants, and, of course, rural letter carriers have an opportunity to enroll in, change, or cancel health insurance coverage (FEHBP), dental and/or vision coverage (FEDVIP), and make an election for the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS).
