NEW EMA RATE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 4, 2020

According to our National Website, the Equipment Maintenance Allowance (EMA) for rural carriers will decrease 1.0¢ to 72.0¢ per mile, effective January 4, 2020 (Pay Period 02-2020).
