Dept. of Labor law requires the three\nofficer positions of President\, Vice President & Secretary/Treasurer be filled to be a\nviable union district. \nYour district will have another meeting to attempt to fill the officer positions and\nsave the district. This meeting will be for the election of officers only. No other\nbusiness will take place.
